On-Site Training of New Infection Preventionists
It can be overwhelming as a new infection preventionist, especially when you enter the field with little to no experience. Method will:

- Teach your infection preventionist about: roles and responsibilities, epidemiology, microbiology, infectious diseases, surveillance, data collection, statistical analysis, report preparation, outbreak investigations, audits, regulatory survey preparation, staff education techniques, and more
- Be committed to mentoring and supporting the new infection preventionist
- Always be just a phone call away when not on-site
- Never charge for phone calls or emails from your new infection preventionist, even after the agreement and services end
- Continue to network with your infection preventionist beyond the service agreement
